The result is a natural rubber infill that performs like the best synthetic alternatives — but with none of the harmful chemistry.
Lionfill is made without the harmful chemicals found in traditional rubber infill. Instead of synthetic additives, we use plant-based, non-toxic ingredients that keep the material strong, flexible, and safe over time.
Every batch is tested to meet the highest standards, ensuring it’s safe for players, installers, and the environment — from the pitch to the surrounding soil and water.
Unlike conventional infills made from petroleum-based polymers, Lionfill is composed of over 95% renewable raw materials. Our goal is to reach a material base of over 99% mineral and natural polymers.
The infill’s natural rubber base has the potential to biodegrade under natural conditions, preventing microplastic accumulation and supporting a fully circular turf system.
